We make every reasonable effort to present our products, colours, materials, dimensions and other characteristics accurately.

Because leather is a natural material, variations in grain, texture, tone and markings may occur. These natural variations are part of the individual character of genuine leather and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the displayed price.

Before submitting your order, you are responsible for checking that the products, quantities, delivery address and other information provided are correct.

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud or payment problems. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Victor Vincent currently offers complimentary standard shipping to supported destinations in Switzerland and Europe, subject to our Shipping Policy.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import VAT, handling charges or other local fees may be imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders are dispatched from Bern, Switzerland.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, public holidays, carrier disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Victor Vincent offers a 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must generally be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any original tags attached.

Products purchased during a promotion or at a reduced price remain eligible for return unless they are explicitly identified as final sale.

Personalized or custom-made products and gift cards may be excluded from returns where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory withdrawal, warranty or other consumer rights that may apply.
