What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Return shipping is free within Switzerland. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.
How long does shipping take?
Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped with Swiss Post.

• Europe: 3–5 business days
International orders outside Europe are currently available on request. If you wish to place an order from another country, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange shipping for you.

What type of leather do you use?
We carefully select premium leather for each collection based on its durability, texture, and timeless appearance. As genuine leather naturally ages, every piece develops its own unique character over time. The specific leather type used is listed on each product page.
Where are your products made?
Victor Vincent is a Swiss brand. Every collection is designed and developed in Switzerland before being crafted by our trusted leather partner in Türkiye, a family workshop with over 60 years of leather craftsmanship. Every product is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before reaching our customers.
How should I care for my leather product?
To keep your leather product looking its best, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, and excessive humidity. Store your item in a cool, dry place when not in use.
For long-term care, we recommend using a quality leather care product suitable for genuine leather. A dedicated Victor Vincent leather care solution will be available in the future.
Will my leather product develop a patina?
Yes. Genuine leather naturally develops a unique patina over time. As your product is used, the leather becomes richer in character, making every piece truly one of a kind. This natural aging process is part of what makes premium leather so special.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your shipment until it arrives at your doorstep.
