30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and unused
In its original condition
With all original tags attached
In its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase may also be required.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, Victor Vincent will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong product.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original condition

Products purchased during a promotion or at a reduced price remain eligible for return unless they are explicitly marked as final sale.

Please contact us if you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific item.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, colour, or variant, please contact us first.

The simplest option is generally to return the original item and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

European Customers

Customers in the European Union may have statutory withdrawal rights in addition to this return policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
